Shipping Restrictions

We Only Ship To The 48 Continental United States

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:

- A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.

- 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

Please provide the FFL information that you wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Fouled Anchor Guns & Gunsmithing LLC. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. A valid copy of the FFL must be sent to Fouled Anchor Guns & Gusmithing LLC prior to the firearm(s) being shipped.

No firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.

California

- No Off-Roster Handguns will be shipped

- No Complete AR / AK Receivers

- Non-compliant AR and AK pistols will not be shipped
- Non-compliant AR and AK rifles will not be shipped
- No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds

Colorado

- Non-compliant AR and AK pistols will not be shipped
- No magazines with a capacity over 15 rounds

Connecticut

- No Stripped or Complete Receivers will be shipped
- Non-compliant AR and AK pistols will not be shipped
- Non-compliant AR and AK rifles will not be shipped

- Non-compliant semiauto rifle, shotgun, and pistols will not be shipped
- No AR/ AK Parts will be shipped
- No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds
- No semi-auto rifles with more than 5 round capacity to anyone under 21
- No magazine or ammo sales to residents under 18 years of age.

Delaware

- No rifle or shotgun sales to any resident of Delaware that is under 21 years old.
- No variants of AR15 or AK47, rifle or pistol, or completed lowers are to be sold or shipped to Delaware.
- Non-compliant Semi-automatic centerfire rifles will not be shipped

- Non-comliant Semi-automatic shotguns will not be shipped

- Non-compliant Semi-automatic pistols will not be shipped
- No semi-automatic pistol with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds.
- No semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds.
- No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds.

Illinois

- No rifle magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds
- No handgun magazines with a capacity over 15 rounds
- Non-compliant rifles, shotguns, and pistols will not be shipped
- No AR or AK Rifles and/or Pistols
- No completed AR or AK receivers
- No AR or AK stripped receivers
- No Complete AR uppers
- No AR-10 Rifles
- No AR-10 receivers
- No .50 Caliber firearms

Maryland

- No Complete AR / AK Receivers
- Non-compliant AR and AK pistols will not be shipped
- Non-compliant AR and AK rifles will not be shipped
- Non-compliant Handguns / Pistols will not be shipped
- No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds

Massachusetts

- No magazines with a capacity over 15 rounds

- Non-compliant semi-automatic rifles, shotguns, and pistol

New Jersey

New York

- No Stripped or Complete Receivers will be shipped
- Non-compliant AR and AK pistols will not be shipped
- Non-compliant AR and AK rifles will not be shipped
- Non-compliant Handguns / Pistols will not be shipped
- Non-compliant Shotguns will not be shipped
- No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds

Oregon

- Do to the current legal situation in Oregon, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure Oregon FFL Firearm Transfers can be facilitated during this time-frame.

Rhode Island

- No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds

Vermont

- No Rifle magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds
- No Handgun magazines with a capacity over 15 rounds

Washington State

- Any firearm not compliant with HB1240

- No rifle magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds

- No handguns magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds
- No shotgun magazines with a capacity over 7 rounds

Washington D.C.

- Any firearm not compliant with Washington D.C.'s "Assualt Weapons ban"

- No magazine with a capacity over 10 rounds
